*Introduction*
Welcome to Mistyn (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Mistyn”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website mistyn.in (the “Site”) and your purchase of products (perfumes, fragrances, etc.). By accessing or using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you should not use the Site.

*Eligibility*
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site and enter into binding contracts.

*Accounts & Registration*

1. You may register for an account by providing certain information. You agree to (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information, and (b) maintain and promptly update your account information.
2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials ( username and password). You accept liability for all activities under your account, unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

*Product Information & Pricing*

1. We try to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
2. Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors in pricing or typographical errors are subject to correction.
3. All prices are inclusive / exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. (Specify whether your prices include GST or whether it will be added.)

*Placing an Order*

1. Once you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement. This is not a confirmation of acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received your order.
2. We reserve the right (at our discretion) to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (for example, errors in pricing or product information, issues with payment, or unavailability of stock). If we cancel, we will notify you and refund any amount already charged.

*Payment*

1. Payment options may include credit / debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, or cash on delivery (if available).
2. You agree to provide current, valid, and complete payment information. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
3. If payment fails, we may cancel your order.

*Shipping & Delivery*
Shipping and delivery practices are governed by our *Shipping Policy* (see below). Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

*Returns, Refunds & Exchanges*
Returns and refunds are governed by our *Refund & Return Policy* (see below). We may refuse returns or refunds if conditions are not met.

1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mistyn (and its affiliates, officers, employees) is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use or inability to use the Site or products.
2. Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase shall in no event exceed the total amount you paid us for the product(s) in question.
3. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use is at your own risk.

*Indemnification*
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Mistyn harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or wrongful use of the Site.

*Governing Law & Jurisdiction*
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of India. 

*Severability*
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remainder will remain in full force.

*Changes to Terms*
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site with a “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
